Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship within the Philippines. Metro Manila orders usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days; other areas in 3 to 7 business days. The shipping fee is shown before you pay.

Returns

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom-built PCs can't be returned unless faulty.

Faulty items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. After that, the manufacturer's warranty applies and we'll help you file the claim.

Prices

Prices are in Philippine pesos and include 12% VAT. Prices may change, but the price in your order confirmation is final.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after we check stock and you receive our confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable, we will refund you in full.

Warranty

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Custom builds carry a 1-year workmanship warranty. These do not affect your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
